We usually ship packages within 2 days of receiving the order. We ship only to the credit card billing address.
Packages are delivered by Fedex, UPS, USPS or EMS (express mail service) and must be signed for upon delivery. Please provide an address where an adult will be available between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday to receive the package. If no one is available at the time the mail courier will leave a card for the receiver to pick up the package at the nearest post office .
Once your order has been approved for shipment it is forwarded for shipping the next business day. You will receive a tracking number within 48 hours of the time your order is approved for shipment. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.
Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense. We always declare our packages right to avoid the customer from paying import tax.
Return Policy

If a customer chooses to cancel the order before it is shipped he/she will recieve a credit for the total less 10% cancellation charge. Orders CANNOT be cancelled if 10 hrs have passed from the time we recieve the order as packages will be already in progress.

By mandate of law, we are required to report such abuses and we happily comply with that mandate.
We will supply all information that we have about fraudulent orders to those officials who will then pursue investigation and prosecution of the criminal action taken by offending parties. Once the criminal case has been completed, a separate civil case is then submitted against the offending party to recover any and all damages (financial and otherwise) that is incurred by our company.
We take the security of our ordering system seriously and any attempt to fraudulently use a credit card will be reported immediately.
Over the years, we have detected and reported many attempted fraudulent orders to the issuing banks of the credit cards as well as the authorities. In our opinion, it\'s not worth several years in a prison and financial ruin. If you have committed fraud on our site, do yourself a favor and CANCEL your order immediately. Otherwise it will be submitted to the authorities the next business day.
